The AI Product Manager is responsible for driving the end-to-end development and delivery of AI products, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. This role translates business needs into actionable technical requirements, leads product discovery and validation efforts, and defines success metrics to measure product impact. The AI Product Manager ensures responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance while effectively communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders. Collaborating with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams, the AI Product Manager ensures that AI solutions deliver measurable value and align with the firm’s strategic objectives.What you'll do:- Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for AI products.
- Lead product discovery, validation, and iterative improvement processes to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Define and track product success metrics to measure impact and performance.
- Ensure responsible AI practices and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive the development and delivery of AI products, from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver solutions that provide measurable value.
- Communicate product progress, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for new AI products or enhancements to existing ones.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, implementing refinements as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Support the Leader, AI Product Management, in strategic planning and execution of product initiatives.

- 2+ years' experience in AI/ML.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and financial services.
- Product management methodologies, including Agile and iterative development.
- AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
- Metrics and frameworks for tracking product success and impact.
- Responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- User experience (UX) principles and their integration into product design.
Salary InformationEdward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
