Role: Automation Engineer Test Lead (Credit Card domain)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation testing efforts for credit card domain projects
- Develop and implement automation test strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the automation testing team
- Create and maintain automation test frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met
- Execute and monitor automated test cases
- Identify and report software defects and issues
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Stay updated with industry best practices in test automation
- Document test procedures and results
- Analyze testing data to improve automation processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies
- Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and issues
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in test automation within the credit card domain
- Proven leadership experience in a test automation role
- Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Deep understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
- Certifications in test automation and quality assurance are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance and security testing is desirable
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes
