Description:We are looking for an experienced GenAI ML Senior Engineer to lead transformative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have healthcare and Medicare Advantage experience, deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, agentic AI frameworks, Gemini models, and mastery in advanced prompt engineering techniques.
What You Will Do:
- Architect scalable GenAI solutions using Vertex AI, incorporating RAG pipelines and agentic AI frameworks.
- Customize large language models (LLMs) for healthcare-specific domains, ensuring alignment with clinical and CMS requirements.
- Lead initiatives on prompt engineering optimization, including prompt tuning, parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and chain-of-thought prompting.
- Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction for model customization and responsible GenAI practices.
- Drive experimentation around task-driven AI agents that interact with APIs, databases, and healthcare workflows.
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to ensure solutions meet HIPAA, CMS, and quality standards.
- Oversee Agile development activities and maintain project documentation on Confluence.

What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ML/GenAI projects, with 2+ years in healthcare domain applications.
- Deep expertise with RAG architecture, agentic frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Proficiency with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) and GenAI platforms.
- Strong practical knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM responses.
- Excellent understanding of Agile processes, Jira, Confluence, and collaborative engineering culture.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CMS regulations, healthcare data privacy, and HIPAA compliance.
