Microsoft 365 / GenAI Engineer

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Implement DLP, MIP, retention, Sensitivity Labels, and secure configuration.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Administer and operationalize enterprise LLM platforms (Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude).<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop connectors, automations, and reusable patterns for AI and M365 workloads.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Troubleshoot permission issues, data routing, and cross‑workspace access.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide hands‑on engineering for data governance enforcement.<\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Strong coding\/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Graph queries).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Hands‑on M365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive).<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience integrating and managing enterprise Generative AI platforms.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Knowledge of prompt patterns, AI safety, and enterprise AI control mechanisms.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security and least‑privilege access.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to translate policy into automated technical enforcement.<\/span>
