Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Embedded Software
Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR. The
ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize embedded software
components for next-generation LiDAR and autonomous sensing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design
and implement Adaptive AUTOSAR application software components (SWCs) using tools such as Vector DaVinci or ETAS ISOLAR.
- Contribute
to the full software development lifecycle including requirements
analysis, design documentation, test planning, implementation, and code
reviews.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams such as validation, systems, and product
engineering to ensure seamless software integration.
- Architect
and develop multi-threaded real-time applications for Embedded
Linux/QNX targeting multiple ARM cores.
- Own
and configure key Adaptive AUTOSAR Platform Foundation Components,
including Persistency, Platform Health Management, and Diagnostic Log and
Trace (DLT).
- Work
with communication stacks such as UDP, SOME/IP, SecOC, DoIP, and E2E
protection.
- Drive
software development and integration lifecycles — from requirements
elicitation to validation and release.
- Mentor
junior engineers and promote best practices in software design and
development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s
or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electronics, or related
discipline.
- 7–18
years of experience in C++ software development for Embedded
Linux/QNX environments.
- Strong
understanding of Adaptive AUTOSAR concepts such as State
Manager, Execution Manager, and Update Configuration Manager.
- Proficiency
in C++11/14 and hands-on experience with multi-threaded
applications on ARM processors.
- Proven
experience in real-time embedded software architecture and performance
optimization.
- Excellent
debugging, problem-solving, and system-level analysis skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior
experience with automotive perception systems such as LiDAR, Radar,
or Cameras.
- Exposure
to Classic AUTOSAR environments.
- Experience
with continuous integration, software testing frameworks,
and version control (Git).
