🚀 CUJO AI® is a leader in artificial intelligence solutions for network service providers. We use machine learning and real-world data to develop cybersecurity, device intelligence, and parental control solutions that make internet connections safer for millions of homes.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and impact-driven Automation Engineer to join our Customer Operations team in Lithuania.
Your mission? Identify, build, and deploy automated solutions to eliminate repetitive manual work, streamline processes, and improve visibility across our tooling landscape. From crafting automation flows and visibility dashboards, making internal tools and enhancing system integrations to “playing” in the “clouds” and beyond... - you’ll be working with both in-house and third-party platforms and tools to make IT run smarter, not harder.
This is not your average automation gig. You will have the opportunity to explore various technologies, propose innovative ideas, and work closely with teams that are building and running critical global infrastructure. You won’t be locked into rigid processes - this role is about enabling change and making an impact from day one.
The compensation package is from 2500 EUR to 3500 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that enhance the efficiency of our Network Operations Center and Core Infrastructure teams, including tasks such as ticket handling, reporting workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Explore opportunities for AI-driven monitoring and alerting enhancements.
- Utilize tools like Power Automate, Power BI, Python scripts, and other AI/automation platforms to minimize manual efforts.
- Create integrations between internal systems (e.g., AWS, Confluence, ticketing platforms) and external client platforms (e.g., change management systems)
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential automation opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal tools that interact with cloud infrastructure, such as automated AWS environment scans and reporting.
- Document solutions, develop user guides, and provide light training as necessary to facilitate the handoff of tools to other teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Shell Scripting, Python, Power Automate, Power Bi, etc.).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS Cloud, along with a solid understanding of general IT operations.
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working across multiple teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Experience building Power BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools (VictoriaMetrics stack/Prometheus, Grafana, TICK or CloudWatch)
- Previous experience in IT support, analytics, DevOps, or roles adjacent to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Knowledge of cloud development and automation tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Familiarity with ITSM systems and integration workflows.
- Ability to define work packages, breaking down large initiatives into smaller, manageable, and deliverable phases.
- Proficiency in defining and documenting actions, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing them.
- You are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn new skills while working collaboratively to achieve personal, team, and company goals.
Why Join CUJO AI?
- Flexible Work – Hybrid or fully remote options based on your location.
- Team Gatherings – Annual company events and team activities.
- Career Growth – Training bonuses for AWS certifications and other learning opportunities.
- Performance Bonuses – Company-wide annual bonus program.
