We’re looking for a 3D Animation Supervisor to lead the animation team on a TV featurette, guiding performance, quality, and consistency across all shots. This role is responsible for supervising the animation department from blocking through final, ensuring character performance, timing, and storytelling align with the creative vision.
You’ll work closely with the Director, Production, and other department supervisors to maintain continuity across sequences, provide clear and actionable feedback, and support artists in achieving high-quality, production-ready animation within schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in animation for TV or feature pipelines, a deep understanding of character performance, and the ability to balance creative direction with production efficiency.

Pay Range: CAD $1,900 - $2,100 per week
