You will design, optimise, and maintain advanced automation workflows using make or n8n. With your understanding of APIs, data structures, and GPT -based agents, you'll bring business logic to life - turning abstract prompts into structured outputs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

You’ll also be crafting and maintaining role -based prompts and agent setups using the OpenAI API, and integrating them into real -world processes via Airtable, Power BI, and custom dashboards. From debugging automations to ensuring API reliability, you’ll ensure stable, secure and well -documented solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
  • Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>

  • Fluent in English (written); German is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with make.com, zapier or n8n<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Experience with Airtable and/or Power BI<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Familiar with OpenAI API / Azure OpenAI Service, including JSON outputs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth2, tokens)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Strong documentation and debugging habits<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maker mindset: Curious, experimental, eager to tinker<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
