We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our client's growing team in Warsaw. You'll take ownership of designing, building and deploying generative AI solutions that address genuine business challenges. Position Overview
As an AI Engineer, you'll play a central role in developing and optimising generative AI and machine learning solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, from initial experimentation and model evaluation through to production deployment on cloud platforms. Your technical expertise in Python, AI frameworks and cloud infrastructure will be essential as you design RAG pipelines, build AI agent workflows and create intelligent automation use cases that solve real business problems.
Responsibilities
• Design, build and deploy generative AI and machine learning solutions addressing specific business challenges
• Develop and optimise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agent workflows using modern frameworks
• Create model training and evaluation pipelines for structured and unstructured data, ensuring solution quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and taking end-to-end ownership
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, models and best practices to improve delivery speed, performance and business impact
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for AI solutions on cloud platforms
Requirements
Essential:
• 6-8 years' experience in software engineering with strong focus on AI and machine learning solution development
• Advanced Python programming skills with hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Proven experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques
• Solid knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases and retrieval systems
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph
• Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning principles and model evaluation
• Experience with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Desirable:
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with MLflow, Airflow or Kubernetes for workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for service orchestration
• Experience working in agile environments with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
