Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Enhance and optimise automation processes across applications and systems.
• Execute automation test suites and analyse results to identify defects.
• Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to drive quality improvements.
• Implement automation within CI/CD pipelines.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Relevant IT Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as an Automation Engineer.
• Strong automation tool experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, or similar).
• Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
• API automation experience (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
• CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and agile frameworks.

Nice to Have:

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6.
• ISTQB or any relevant test automation certifications.
