We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Infra Cloud Squad. This role focuses on automating the provisioning and configuration of cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in enabling scalable, secure, and efficient environments. The team’s core responsibilities include analysis and architecture validation of cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Tasks:<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate the deployment of Azure resources.
<\/span><\/li>- Develop and maintain reusable automation using Ansible whilst managing deployments with automate configuration management.
<\/li>- Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (RHAAP) or GitHub Actions.
<\/li>- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and cost optimization best practices.
<\/li>- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks via Jira.
<\/li>- Document infrastructure designs, automation processes, and operational procedures.
<\/li>- Support the team in architecture validation and infrastructure analysis.
<\/li><\/ul><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Mandatory Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- +3 years of experience in automating Azure infrastructure for data and analytics platforms.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong proficiency and experience with Ansible for configuration management.
<\/li>- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
<\/li>- Hands -on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
<\/li>- Familiarity with Azure networking, identity, monitoring, and security.
<\/span><\/li>- Experience working in Agile teams and using Jira for task management.
<\/li>- AZ -900 Certification is required.
<\/li><\/ul>
<\/div>Complementary Requirements:<\/b>
<\/div>- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ -104, AZ -305, DP -600).<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience with monitoring and alerting automation (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).<\/span>
<\/li>- Exposure to DataOps or DevOps for data platforms.<\/span>
<\/li>- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
