Key Responsibilities

* Administer OpenShift environments across development, test, and production, including namespaces/projects, workloads, services, routes, quotas, RBAC, secrets, ConfigMaps, and security settings.
* Manage Istio Service Mesh traffic routing, gateways, service discovery, mTLS, and security policies.
* Manage Helm charts and releases, including deployments, upgrades, rollbacks, standardized configurations, and troubleshooting.
* Support AKS workloads, networking, access, and operational troubleshooting.
* Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, deployment, and configuration issues across OpenShift, Istio, Helm, and AKS.
* Monitor platform health, capacity, resource utilization, and service availability.
* Develop automation using** Bash, Python, or similar tools**.
* Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
* Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and platform standards.
* Collaborate across teams to improve platform stability, security, automation, and operational efficiency.
