DiJones is seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to play a key role in evolving our lifecycle marketing strategy within a residential real estate context. This role is ideal for someone who has residential real estate experience and enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, partnering closely with operations and technical teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
This role includes 2 fixed office days in Pymble, with 1 additional day working from home or another DiJones office depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Marketing & Campaign Management Plan and manage the CRM and marketing automation use case calendar, supporting key customer lifecycle stages such as buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, appraisals, campaigns, and post transaction engagement.
Marketing Automation Execution Design, build, test, and deploy omni‑channel automation journeys across email, SMS and web messaging using a marketing automation platform (Braze experience highly relevant).
Segmentation & Personalisation Develop and execute targeted, personalised campaigns using behavioural, transactional, and customer data, applying segmentation approaches well suited to property and real estate customer journeys.
Data, Reporting & Optimisation Analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics and translate insights into practical recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
Technical & Data Collaboration Work closely with technical and data teams to support CRM delivery, including API integrations, data feeds, event tracking and Braze‑related dependencies, ensuring accuracy, reliability and scalability.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with operations and technology teams to deliver lifecycle initiatives on time and to a high standard.
Platform Governance & Compliance Support CRM and marketing automation platform governance, including data integrity, privacy compliance, and adherence to Australian SPAM and privacy regulations.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance marketing automation capability, testing frameworks, and system integrations.
