This individual will need a solid track record of building and maintaining complex UX software and familiarity with machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers.

You tend to be exceptional at working with a variety of personalities, adapting your approach and message to keep the project on track and the entire project team moving as a single unit.\\n\\nThis individual needs to collaborate closely with multiple high functioning teams to create clever, nimble team project plans and drive execution effectively, drive bug convergence, communicate clear, unbiased progress across the board and foster partnership to bring the highest level of product innovation and quality.\\n\\nThe best Program Managers are inherently curious, digging deep to understand what customers need, how the technology itself works and critical facets for any important decision. With your inquisitiveness as a strength, you will thrive as a Program Manager in Special projects because we are constantly doing things that have never been done before, and that, after all, is what makes this an amazing place to work.
Experience driving very large, complex software system development and integration.\\nAt least 5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA)\\nStrong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines\\nExcellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables\\nSelf motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking\\nExceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers\\nAbility to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience\\nFlexible and calm in the face of ambiguity and very adaptable\\nExcellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience
