We are seeking a skilled GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging advanced AI/ML techniques. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, experience with AI frameworks, and a passion for building innovative AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.) for various use cases.
- Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models using Python and leading AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI models into applications, APIs, and production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable AI pipelines.
- Evaluate model performance, implement improvements, and ensure efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning AI/ML models, especially in the Generative AI space.
- Understanding of NLP, LLMs, deep learning, and related AI concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases and embedding techniques.
- Exposure to real-time AI applications and API deployment.
