Position Overview:
We are seeking a GenAI Platform Support Engineer to provide robust support and enhancements to a Generative AI platform. This role involves infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and deployment support. Candidates must collaborate across teams to maintain operational excellence and innovation in AI services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain a scalable, fault-tolerant AI/ML platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and model inference performance.
- Optimize AI models for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployment improvements.
- Develop and execute automated tests for platform reliability.
- Provide end-user support for platform issues and questions.
- Maintain clear documentation of support processes and solutions.
- Stay current on trends in Generative AI technologies.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Terraform scripting for cloud provisioning.
- Shell scripting and Python for automation and support tasks.
- Kubernetes expertise, particularly on OpenShift.
- DevOps experience in CI/CD and infrastructure understanding.
- Problem-solving and detail orientation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Familiarity with OpenAI technologies.
