As a Consultant Level 1 (C1), you are becoming an expert in your field, working in complex environments and influencing, advising and leading teams, solutions and stakeholders. As a C1, you advise on the most effective ways to establish solutions in traditional and agile engagements. You independently plan and lead the delivery of solutions for medium to large complexity engagements. You can influence areas outside of your area and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
