Job Title: Marketing & Funnel Automation Specialist
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week, flexible schedule within business hours


JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing & Funnel Automation Specialist to support the full digital marketing lifecycle, from attracting leads to delivering customer delight. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in marketing automation, funnel building, and content creation using AI tools.
You will be responsible for executing and optimizing systems across 7 key stages of our customer journey: Attracting traffic, capturing leads, nurturing relationships, converting to cash, delivering services, upselling, and generating referrals.
You’ll be working closely with Wild Sea Creative and its clients to build high-converting funnels, engaging content, and seamless backend automation systems that drive measurable results.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Attract Traffic

  • Manage website creation and maintenance (Squarespace preferred)
  • Write and send daily lead-generating emails
  • Manage and grow Facebook groups with a lead gen focus
  • Create and schedule social media content for Wild Sea Creative
  • Monitor and engage with social media interactions
  • Conduct marketing and competitor research
  • Report on traffic and lead generation KPIs


Capture Leads

  • Build high-converting marketing funnels and landing pages
  • Develop lead magnets with AI-generated copy
  • Set up appointment calendars and email responder integrations
  • Design opt-in forms and tech automations


Nurture Relationships

  • Write and schedule daily nurture emails and campaigns
  • Manage Facebook groups for community engagement
  • Create compelling subject lines and email content using AI
  • Monitor and report on email campaign performance


Convert to Cash

  • Build and automate sales funnels
  • Set up sales pipelines and follow-up automations
  • Book, manage, and reschedule consults and sales calls
  • Enable online payments and recurring billing
  • Support webinar funnel creation and execution


Deliver & Delight

  • Build and manage membership portals and course platforms
  • Create AI-powered course content and client resources
  • Provide non-voice customer service and inbox management
  • Manage client onboarding and support communications
  • Design branded templates (slides, worksheets, etc.)


Upsell & Cross-sell

  • Implement upsell and cross-sell email automations
  • Create landing pages and launch campaigns
  • Send client surveys and monitor sales triggers
  • Set up additional payment processing options


Referrals & Testimonials

  • Create and distribute client feedback and referral surveys
  • Manage testimonials and website updates
  • Repurpose testimonials for marketing materials
  • Coordinate testimonial interviews and social proof sharing


Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, automation, and funnel building
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Squarespace, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Calendly, Zoom, Stripe, etc.
  • Experience writing marketing copy, emails, and content with UK English writing skills
  • Ability to design landing pages and opt-in forms with conversion in mind
  • Familiarity with course platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
  • Bonus: Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma) or previous agency experience
