DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Contract, Remote) to support our APAC marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, with a strong background in building and optimizing lifecycle processes, lead management, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless automation, efficient pipeline conversion, and scalable marketing operations.
RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimize Marketo and Salesforce workflows to support campaign execution and reporting.
- Build, monitor, and improve lead lifecycle processes, including MQL–SQL pipeline conversion.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams across APAC to align automation processes with business goals.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead funnel metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across marketing systems.
- Support integration between marketing automation tools, CRM, and other platforms as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with Marketo and Salesforce in a marketing automation capacity.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience working with APAC or global teams across multiple time zones.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Agency or in-house background in B2B marketing operations is a plus.
