Description

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist (Contract, Remote) to support our APAC marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, with a strong background in building and optimizing lifecycle processes, lead management, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless automation, efficient pipeline conversion, and scalable marketing operations.



Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize Marketo and Salesforce workflows to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Build, monitor, and improve lead lifecycle processes, including MQL–SQL pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams across APAC to align automation processes with business goals.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead funnel metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across marketing systems.
  • Support integration between marketing automation tools, CRM, and other platforms as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience with Marketo and Salesforce in a marketing automation capacity.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with APAC or global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Agency or in-house background in B2B marketing operations is a plus.
