Men's Dresswear Expert - Rivers Edge Rack

The ideal Rack Men's Dresswear Expert is passionate about menswear, confident on the sales floor, and lives the Rack playbook — delivering an experience that helps customers feel good and look their best.  

A day in the life...  

• Guide customers through suit selection, fit assessment, complete outfit building and offer alterations appointments with every suit sale  

• Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays "runway ready", and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day  

• Keep the stockroom organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards  

• Create a clean, clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the sales floor  

• Partner with the floor manager on monthly sell-through performance, and share product and customer feedback  

• Stay well versed on the expanded NordstromRack.com dresswear offer

• Ability to keep the dresswear zone filled in, sized, and shop-ready  

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event seasons  

• Physical Requirements:  

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers  

• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling  

• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head  

• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
