Job Title: Prompt Engineer – Microsoft 365 Copilot
Location: Dublin, CA or New York, NY
Duration : Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve AI-generated output quality and business outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and manage prompt libraries, reusable templates, and AI workflow documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI capabilities.
  • Coach employees, teams, and business leaders on effective Copilot usage and prompt-writing techniques.
  • Conduct workshops, office hours, demonstrations, and one-on-one training sessions.
  • Identify high-value business use cases and recommend AI-driven productivity improvements.
  • Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, job aids, and instructional documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to customize prompts for specific departmental requirements.
  • Evaluate prompt effectiveness, gather user feedback, and continuously improve AI workflows.
  • Promote responsible AI usage and follow enterprise AI governance and best practices.
  • Support change management initiatives and drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI technologies.
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering, prompt testing, analysis, and optimization.
  • Experience creating prompt libraries, reusable templates, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and AI-driven productivity improvements.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, coaching, or enterprise technology enablement programs.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for business users.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience developing instructional content, training programs, and user adoption materials.
  • Knowledge of change management, digital transformation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience measuring user adoption, productivity improvements, and business outcomes.
