Job Description
We are looking for a Tosca expert who will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products for our Stefanini team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Tosca test automation and maintaining strong professional communication with our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver test automation using Tosca Cloud (UI and API)
- Ensure CI/CD integration via Jenkins and Tosca Playlist
- Create and oversee extensive test documentation, including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases (using AIO Test), and Traceability Matrices for automated suites.
- Implement accessibility testing capabilities
- Perform both Front-End and Back-End testing using automated tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Review and validate requirements to ensure full test coverage and deep understanding of the business logic.
- Lead meetings and maintain client communication through professional emails and calls, ensuring a high standard of soft skills.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, including individual calls with programmers to resolve technical blockers and integration issues.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, focusing on CI/CD integration and automation best practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tosca
- Strong experience in working with CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of GIT and API testing.
- Strong background in Manual Software Testing to ensure a comprehensive understanding of QA domains.
- Expertise in QA documentation: proven ability to build test strategies, plans, and traceability matrices from scratch.
- Very strong soft skills, with the ability to conduct meetings and lead discussions in English.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies (SDLC/STLC) in an Agile environment.
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and handle direct technical communication with developers and business clients.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional ethics.
