RPA Developer Temp (HREXD)

Job Description:

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements to data-driven solutions and implementation of HR Robotic Automation Process (RPA) projects
• Build, develop and test RPA programs using automation tools such as Uipath, Power Automate to support the realisation of RPA projects
• Documenting of business process and system requirements as part of PSA’s RPA methodology

Role Requirements:

• Open to students currently in university
• Experience in RPA Programming using UiPath would be an advantage
• Experience in wireframing tools would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft products i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with an eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders
• High level of integrity; takes accountability of work and has a good work attitude
• Good team player
• Possession of knowledge of other automation tools i.e. VBA scripting, Power Automate would be an advantage
