🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Data Scientist (GenAI/LLMs)

📍 Remote | ⏰ 40 hrs/week | Contract | EST hours

Do you thrive at the intersection of data science, AI innovation, and real-world applications? As a Senior Data Scientist on our GenAI Applications Team, you’ll design and deploy cutting-edge NLP and LLM-powered solutions — from conversational search and chatbots to summarization engines, recommender systems, and beyond.

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Architect frameworks for scalable GenAI products

✅ Optimize and productionize LLM-based applications

✅ Establish fairness, transparency, and safety protocols for AI systems

✅ Build and oversee high-quality datasets and ML pipelines

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, Engineers, Cloud teams)

✅ Mentor and lead junior data scientists in GenAI methods

✅ Set the technical vision and drive innovation in LLM applications

What we’re looking for:

🎓 Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Math, CS, Physics, Statistics, etc.)

💡 3+ years building ML/NLP models, 5+ years with Python

🤖 Hands-on with PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs (BERT, GPT, etc.)

🛠️ Skilled in LangChain, RAG, dynamic prompting, fine-tuning (PEFT/SFT)

⚖️ Experience with AI guardrails, bias detection & mitigation

☁️ Proficient with AWS and deploying end-to-end ML applications

📚 Strong knowledge of transformers, embeddings, and self-attention mechanisms
