Your mission
- Redesign and optimize invoice PDF templates (fully compliant & professional)
- Ensure correct VAT and tax configuration
- Automate creation of standard invoices
- Automate creation of catering invoices
- Validate platform → NetSuite data mapping
- Guarantee reliable PDF generation and automatic email dispatch
- Audit and optimize platform integration (API review)
- Implement or improve automatic payment matching and reconciliation
- Validate full workflow:
Order → Invoice → PDF → Email → Payment → Reconciliation - Implement basic monitoring to prevent billing or sync failures
Your profile
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on NetSuite experience
- Proven track record in billing automation and reconciliation setup
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and payment flows
- Experience with API integrations and system audits
- Advanced NetSuite Workflows & Saved Searches
- SuiteScript (strongly preferred)
- Advanced PDF/HTML invoice customization
- Bank Feeds & automated reconciliation setup
- Payment processor integration (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, GoCardless)
- Solid accounting logic (AR, reconciliation, fee booking)
- Able to independently assess system architecture and identify weaknesses
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Structured, detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working directly with CFO / Founder
- Fully autonomous and outcome-focused
