Senior Test Automation Engineer – Microservices (Contract-to-Hire)

Role Description:
Seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer/Test Automation Engineer to lead automation efforts for testing microservices and distributed systems, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance. The position is contract-to-hire, offering the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Mandate Key Skills:

• Test automation tool development

• Automation frameworks for microservices & distributed systems

• Testing for scalability, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance

• Advanced programming in Python and/or Java

• Experience with MongoDB

• Proficiency in observability tools (DataDog or equivalent)

• Designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios

• Strong testing mindset for complex system validation

• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience

1. Software Developer who has good experience in developing test tools and test automation.
2. Experience in working in testing micro services and distributed systems
3. Good experience in scalability, reliability, performance and fault tolerance aspects
4. Good programming knowledge in Python/Java
