About the Role
We’re hiring a Systems & Automation Specialist for a full remote, fixed day-shift role to supercharge team efficiency. You’ll manage ClickUp, streamline workflows, and leverage AI tools and automations to cut down manual work. If you love building systems and finding smarter ways to work, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

ClickUp Management

• Maintain and optimize ClickUp to ensure all tasks are properly logged, updated, and tracked.
• Develop templates, dashboards, and workflows to streamline task visibility and accountability.
• Regularly audit ClickUp for accuracy and completeness.

Automation & AI Integration

• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive manual work across the agency.
• Implement automation using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ClickUp, Zapier, etc.).
• Stay up to date on new AI tools and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.

Workflow & Process Optimization

• Map and improve existing processes to make them more scalable and automated.
• Centralize recurring tasks so the team can focus on high-value work.
• Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and documentation for new systems.
• Proactively suggest improvements to help the team work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
• Solid understanding of automation platforms and AI tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Proven ability to design and optimize workflows and processes.
• Highly detail-oriented — accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable.
• Strong communication skills to keep the team updated and aligned.
• A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
