Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a Test Automation Engineer to work on a project with one of our clients as a part our Service Delivery team. This role ensures quality across their evolving product platform, with a focus on automation, regression coverage, and secure user flows. You'll bring strong technical expertise in custom web development, test automation, and Azure Cloud solutions (including SaaS and PaaS). You’ll have a passion for designing automation solutions and evangelizing Test-Driven Development best practices.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute overall testing strategies including test plans, test scripts, test automation, test cases, and reports on projects of varying scope and size
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for UI workflows, with bonus points for experience in AI-driven UI testing tools for continuous validation
- Validate front-end behavior across Blazor components and responsive layouts
- Perform API and UI testing across login, coin/currency, and transaction modules
- Collaborate with developers to define acceptance criteria and refine user stories
- Maintain regression test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipeline
- Document defects, test coverage, and test strategy artifacts for stakeholder visibility
- Support DevOps-aligned testing protocols, including certificate/key management and alert monitoring
- Participate in the design and definition project phases to ensure full understanding of client requirements prepared by the project team
- Identify critical areas of project risk and develop strategies to reduce overall risk for the project and client
- Document and evaluate test results and defects; track and manage defects through to resolution
- Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and client requirements
- Author test plans, test cases, and/or test scripts required to validate solutions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA input during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Validate cross-user navigation and role-based access scenarios (corporate, credit union, business user)
- Contribute to performance and security testing efforts to ensure scalable, compliant delivery
What You'll Need
- Over 5 years of experience performing full stack software application testing
- Experience contributing to CI/CD-integrated test automation and DevOps-aligned QA practices
- Expertise with modern quality assurance practices and tools
- Proven experience in functional and non-functional testing – regression and performance testing
- Professional experience automating test scripts
- Experience with bug and issue tracking solutions such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Expertise with Blazemeter/JMeter/load testing tools, and performance testing tools
What Will Set You Apart
- Earned Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
- Experience working in a professional services organization
- Experience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/emulation tools
- Familiarity with Blazor UI testing and secure user flow validation
