We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong AI project experience to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of AI initiatives, the ability to manage multiple products or capabilities, and experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable product plans.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong AI project experience to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of AI initiatives, the ability to manage multiple products or capabilities, and experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable product plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, and execution.
- Gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable development plans.
- Lead Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, Kanban boards, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver product goals.
- Manage multiple products, capabilities, or AI initiatives aligned with broader business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of Product Management and/or Product Ownership experience.
- Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and projects.
- Proven experience in roadmap planning, backlog management, requirements gathering, and Agile execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS technology stack experience.
- Experience managing multiple AI initiatives or a broader AI product portfolio.
- Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
- Agile/Scrum certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
