AR Specialist/Lead

Job Title: AR Specialist / Lead

About the Role: 
We’re looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist/Lead to join our growing team, supporting our Mountain West region. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily AR operations, leading a remote team, and partnering with field teams to ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Batch invoices and process payment applications using ServiceTitan and Intacct. 

• Manage ServiceTitan AR-related requests and troubleshoot issues. 

• Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies. 

• Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across multiple projects. 

• Support AR reporting and assist with month-end close activities when needed. 

• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and resolve AR challenges. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• Experience with ServiceTitan and Intacct. 

• 3+ years of high-volume AR experience  

• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset. 

• Ability to analyze large sets of financial data. 

• Experience leading or managing remote teams is preferred 

• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 

• Industry experience preferred (construction, trades, or services). 

Nice to Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 

• Experience with month-end close processes. 

Compensation: 

• $60,000 - $70,000/year (Hourly, temp role)
