Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain serverless integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Azure Automation Runbooks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in infrastructure and business process automation with a focus on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure Logic Apps to automate business workflows and integrate Azure services with third-party applications.
• Develop and manage Azure Automation Runbooks using PowerShell or Python.
• Create and maintain orchestration workflows by integrating Logic Apps with Automation Runbooks.
• Deploy automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Azure Bicep.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Logic App triggers, workflow failures, and automation job performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation improvements, including self-healing processes and operational optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, automation scripts, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, including connectors, triggers, and JSON data operations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Automation Accounts and Runbooks (PowerShell/Python).
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and API integration principles.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
• Good understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for automation workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Node.js or Server-Side React for prototyping.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in enterprise automation and workflow optimization is highly preferred.
