Job Title: Software Engineer 3 / Sr. RPA Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3Days Remote & 2days onsite – Thus & Fri)

Duration: 3+ months contract

Job description:

·         Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas.

·         Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

·         Client requires the service of one (1) Software Engineer 3 position who meets the general qualifications of Software Engineer 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for the above-named customer.

·         The Software Engineer 3 contractor position is part of the Client IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large, complex data sources.

·         The Software Engineer 3 will perform advanced developer duties including solution design, automation development, document ingestion and analysis, search enablement, infrastructure support, collaboration across teams, and continuous improvement.

·         The contractor role will focus on robotics and document processing technologies that may include Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, Azure, and PDF/document processing frameworks.

·         This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting solutions that automate business processes and convert large multi hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured, navigable, and actionable intake artifacts.

·         The work will occur in a fast paced Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment.

Preferred Certifications:

·         BluePrism Certification

·         Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.

·         8yrs – Required - Hands-on experience with RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism, including attended and unattended bots interacting with web sites.

·         8yrs – Required - Experience with RPA integration with APIs and Databases including RESTful web services and SQL DBs.

·         8yrs - Required - Experience developing reports and/or documents based on structured/unstructured data.

·         8yrs – Required - Experience building analytics based on structured/unstructured data.

·         4yrs – Preferred - Experience with Azure infrastructure including troubleshooting.

·         4yrs – Preferred - Experience with Power Automate development including Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows.

·         4yrs – Preferred - Proficiency in the Java programming language.

·         4yrs – Preferred - Power BI, SQL.

·         4yrs – Preferred - Azure AI/Cognitive Search.

·         1yrs – Preferred - BluePrism Certification.

·         1yrs – Preferred - Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.
