Bilingual HR Associate Relations A&B shift 

NX Automotive Logistics is looking for a Bilingual HR Professional to join our Associate Relations Team.

The HR Associate Relations will provide proactive Human Resources support and play a key role in supporting HR initiatives, including employee and labor relations, performance management, compliance, and employee communication.

Candidate must have a solid foundation and understanding of Human Resources. The successful candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Associate Relations serves as the point of contact to provide day-to-day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors on coaching and employee relations. This role is a stepping-stone for a highly driven candidate to learn about the organization and grow a career within Human Resources.

Highlights/Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Provides verbal/written translation functions as a primary translator for all plant activities.
  • Supports positive associate relations and constructive employer-associate relationships.
  • Collects and reports data related to various HR functional areas and initiatives.
  • Support with Paycor questions.
  • Performs new hire surveys/exit interviews within the plant.
  • Schedule onsite interviews and delivers interview rejection letters.
  • Assists Management in resolving associate concerns/complaints by assisting with or conducting investigations regarding violations of NXAL standards of conduct.
  • Performs internal investigations to resolve associate issues or concerns.
  • Issues attendance/performance corrective actions.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, supporting, and reviewing all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of Management and the HR staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Capability to encourage and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Detail-oriented, organizational skills, high communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to accept criticism, deal calmly and effectively in high-stress situations, and multitask.
  • Flexibility in schedule/hours depending on business needs/requirements.
  • Fosters a culture of accountability, fairness, equity, and consistency in the administration of policies and procedures.                                                                        
  • English/Spanish Bi-lingual abilities are required.                                                        
  • May require you to work overtime, shutdowns and/or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8-hours shift from: 11:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
  • Overtime
