Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to lead strategic client engagements for a large Pharma/Life Sciences client in the US. The role will own client relationships, program delivery, commercial governance, and cross-functional coordination across analytics, data, AI, and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior engagement lead and primary client partner for assigned Pharma programs.
  • Build strong relationships with senior business, technology, data, and analytics stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and quality.
  • Drive engagement governance through regular client reviews, steering meetings, status reporting, and escalation management.
  • Manage commercial aspects including SOWs, budgets, utilization, revenue tracking, forecasting, and change requests.
  • Partner with delivery, engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and bring additional value to the client.
  • Proactively identify delivery and business risks and drive mitigation plans.
  • Translate client business priorities into actionable programs and delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Mentor Engagement Managers and delivery leads supporting the account.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in client-facing engagement/program management roles.
  • Strong experience managing large enterprise clients, preferably within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
  • Good understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Digital, and Technology programs.
  • Strong program management and governance capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of commercial management, SOWs, budgets, resource planning, and financial governance.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex client organizations and manage senior-level expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle delivery escalations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with US-based Pharma clients.
  • Experience with forecasting, commercial analytics, data platforms, GenAI/AI, or decision intelligence programs is advantageous.
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
  • PMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar certification is an added advantage.


Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is: UP to $185K.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
