• Embed on critical sites.
• Diagnose and eliminate root-cause failures.
• Balance uptime with permanent solutions.

• 5+ years in Controls/Automation Engineering.
• Deep systems thinker.
• Proven on PLC/SCADA, VFDs, HMIs.
• Root-cause obsessed.
• Confident communicator and trainer.
