This role involves assisting project managers and engineers in planning, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking engineering project activities.
- Coordinate between various departments (production and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers regarding project requirements.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
- With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or quality assurance and control is preferred
- Also accepts Fresh Graduates
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and with strong documentation abilities
