Freelance Recruiter (US) — Top Indian System Integrators (SIs)

We are seeking a seasoned freelance recruiter based in the United States with a proven track record of delivering talent for and alongside top-tier Indian System Integrators (SIs). This is a contract, fully remote engagement for an independent recruiting professional who knows the IT services and consulting ecosystem inside out.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology, consulting, and staffing roles across US client engagements.
• Source, screen, and place candidates for and in partnership with leading Indian SIs (e.g., large-cap IT services and consulting firms).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality US-based and offshore-aligned talent.
• Partner with delivery and account teams to understand requisitions and turn them around quickly.
• Manage candidate experience, negotiations, and offer stages through to close.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with significant time spent working with or for top Indian System Integrators.
• Deep familiarity with the IT services, technology consulting, and staffing landscape.
• Strong US market knowledge, including work authorization types and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver on a freelance/contract basis.
• Excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing skills.

Engagement Details

• Freelance / contract, 1099 or corp-to-corp.
• 100% remote within the United States.
• Flexible hours; volume and rate discussed per engagement.
