We are looking for a GenAI Motion Designer with a strong visual sense, storytelling mindset, and hands-on experience with generative video tools. You don’t just animate - you think in scenes, shots, and sequences.

You understand how to build visuals from idea → storyboard → AI-generated output → polished final. You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments and enjoy experimenting with new tools and workflows - without sacrificing quality or consistency.

 You’re a great fit if you:

• 
  Have experience in iGaming / Gambling
  (Crypto / Fintech is a strong plus)
• Experience working as a motion designer 3+ years
• 
  Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, working with plugins, and expressions. Creating 2D visual effects, and has good tracking, keying, and color correction skills. Confident use of Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D and Figma
• 
  Have a strong portfolio with motion, storytelling, and video work
• 
  Know how to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards
• 
  Understand composition, framing, lighting, and cinematic language
• 
  Actively use AI tools in your workflow:

  Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to experiment

You will:

  Conceptualise and produce AI-driven video and static content from scratch
• 
  Build storyboards, shot breakdowns, and visual narratives
• 
  Create high-performing video assets for marketing funnels
• 
  Experiment with AI pipelines for faster production and iteration
• 
  Continuously explore new tools and push creative boundaries
•
