Our client is looking for a Generative AI Specialist to lead the first phase of an AI pilot initiative independently and report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to the AI Board.
The role will support the IT department by helping users understand, adopt, and use Generative AI tools effectively, responsibly, and confidently.
The initial focus will be on user training, prompting best practices, communication materials, user support, and assessing productivity gains resulting from AI usage.
Responsibilities
- Train users on Generative AI fundamentals and prompting best practices.
- Create practical training and communication materials.
- Support users in their day-to-day use of approved AI tools, including Copilot where relevant.
- Help identify practical use cases for Generative AI across the organization.
- Collect user feedback and identify adoption blockers.
- Help assess productivity gains, time savings and user satisfaction.
- Promote responsible AI usage, including confidentiality, data protection and human review of outputs.
- Work with IT to support the pilot and prepare recommendations for future phases.
Requirements
Tech skills
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI tools and prompting techniques.
- Experience training or supporting business users.
- Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of responsible AI, confidentiality and data protection.
- Ability to work with IT and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI assistants.
- Experience in pharma, healthcare, life sciences or another regulated environment.
- Experience in digital adoption, change management or productivity improvement.
