Overseas Contractor- Python Robot Framework Automation Engineer

Role: Python Robot Framework Automation Engineer

Location: Warsaw/Gdansk (3days a week to office)

Hiring: B2B/Sub Con

• 8-10 years of experience in software testing primarily within the Payments domain in Banking
• Mandatory experience in Python knowledge of Robot Framework is an added advantage
• Handson experience with automation testing frameworks such as Robot Framework or Selenium
• Experience with REST API automation is preferred
• Strong SQL skills with practical database testing experience
• Experience working with test management tools such as qTest
• General testing knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level
• Experience with CICD tools including Version Control GitTortoiseGit and deployment tools Jenkins
• Exposure to Microservices architecture
• Domain knowledge in Cards or Financial Services is preferred
• Good to have experience with Mainframe technologies Kafka Grafana and Splunk
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Participate in test analysis activities
• Design and implement test cases
• Execute tests and report defects
• Perform root cause analysis for each release
• Design develop and maintain test automation frameworks
• Publish automation test reports on a periodic basis
