Intel is seeking a Platform Applications Engineer to join our Customer Engineering team and make a meaningful impact on our product development and customer success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for solutions incorporating Intel products and technologies, ensuring readiness for market deployment.
- Drive solution design by developing and implementing tools for product design, development, and validation.
- Deliver technical issue resolution support during the development, testing, and production phases of product deployment.
- Evaluate, design, and develop new software and hardware fixtures to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
- Create product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and supporting technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including silicon, hardware, and software groups, to successfully launch new products.
- Partner with customers during R&D and validation phases to mitigate production challenges, and ensure smooth product ramp.
- Provide customer training and health oversight while offering rapid technical support and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Debugging tools and methods.
- Computer architecture and CPU architecture fundamentals.
- High-quality technical documentation and product specifications.
- Advance English level.
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master degree in a Tech related area.
- Communication protocols, PCIe.
