Leads and directs hardware technical marketing engineers and their functions, responsibilities, and deliverables. Manages and oversees service support to hardware, software, and platform customers. Acts as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, and field sales. Responds to customer requests or events as they occur. Provides technical marketing ownership throughout the product life cycle. Acts as technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager as required. Takes initiative in identifying key trends in hardware devices and technology that may be relevant and impactful to Intel's strategic messaging. Participates in new product development, representing the customers' technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, and develops and presents technical product training materials. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 4+ years of industry work experience, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of industry work experience, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field plus 2+ years of industry work experience

Industry work experience should include the following:
- Experience with mechanical project with the design and integration of systems. Should be able to perform mechanical layout studies of system designs. Designed components, created specifications and drawings and worked with vendors. Identify, assess and negotiate system requirements with key program stakeholders.
- Experience in Mechanical, printed circuit board keep out zones, component placement, and typical lab tools.
- Advance English level.
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD software (PTC Creo preferred).
- Experience in assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Basic exposure to thermal simulation tools (ANSYS, Icepak, FloTHERM, or similar).
