💡Role Overview

The Process Automation Engineer would design and implement intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations, reduce manual effort, and increase accuracy across enterprise functions. By leveraging code, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies, the Process Automation Engineer will translates complex processes into scalable digital workflows that drive measurable cost savings, enhance productivity, and support the organization's broader digital transformation strategy.

🚀What you will be doing everyday

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Design workflows with built-in checkpoints to track adherence to process rules and timelines

• Conduct thorough testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of automations, not limited to validation of output and performance.
• Monitor bots and automated workflows in production for errors and exceptions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automations based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, configurations, and changes per governance standards, ensuring also that all automations comply with security, compliance, and risk management policies.
  

🚀 Minimum Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Slack, Jira, Google App Script, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Webhooks, n8n (or experience with other no-code automation tool like Make)
