About Cogentiq (Fractal’s Agentic AI Platform):

Cogentiq is Fractal’s secure, scalable, enterprise agentic AI platform that enables teams to build, test, deploy, monitor agents, and multi-agent workflows with strong observability, evaluation, guardrails, and RBAC across any cloud or LLM framework. It includes a no/lowcode development console, Agent & MCP Gateways, and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections, and guardrails.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategies for our CX product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise product marketing initiatives, a deep understanding of CX technologies, and extensive experience in leveraging marketing tools to craft impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for CX solutions, targeting enterprise customers.

  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with various enterprise personas.

  • Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, customer trends, and industry benchmarks.

  • Leverage insights to refine product marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product, sales, and customer success) to create engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations.

  • Deliver story-driven content showcasing product benefits while addressing industry pain points.

  • Develop tools such as battle cards, sales decks, training materials, and use-case examples to empower sales teams with the resources they need to close deals.

  • Lead end-to-end GTM activities for product launches, including campaign planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.

  • Partner with demand generation teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversion strategies.

  • Utilize a variety of marketing platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) for targeting, campaigns, and analytics.

  • Measure and report on campaign performance to assess ROI and improve effectiveness over time.

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in product marketing for enterprise-level solutions, with a focus on CX products.

  • Demonstrated success in crafting and managing product marketing strategies for complex enterprise customer bases.

  • Proficiency in leading marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms).

  • Experienced in ideating, designing and running paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills to inspire stakeholders and customers.

  • Experience in leading global marketing efforts for enterprise audiences.

  • Strong background in marketing SaaS products targeted at enterprise segments.

  • Strong experience in executing webinars as a lead generation tactic with a track record of improving lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Experience in working on target-oriented, pipeline-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with account-based marketing strategies and tools for enterprise audiences.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $100,000 - $150,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
