Senior QA Automation Engineer
Location: Fort Collins, CO

We’re partnering with a growing, technology-driven organization that is investing heavily in modern engineering practices and automation. They are looking to bring on a Senior QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about building quality into products from the ground up and influencing how teams think about testing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to deliver high-quality software while driving automation strategy across multiple applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve test automation frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery

  • Design and execute automated and manual test cases across web, mobile, and API layers

  • Partner with engineers to improve code quality, test coverage, and overall product reliability

  • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and help shape acceptance criteria and test strategies

  • Identify defects, lead triage discussions, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently

  • Support performance and scalability testing efforts as needed

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience

  • Mentor junior QA team members and help elevate testing standards across the organization

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Cucumber (BDD), WebDriverIO, and Appium

  • Strong scripting experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

  • Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar

  • Solid understanding of QA best practices and how to integrate testing throughout the SDLC

  • Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, or similar

  • Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud

Nice to Have

  • Experience with performance or load testing tools like JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner

  • Background in mobile testing or omni-channel/digital platforms

  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile teams
