Introduction 
We are looking for a Solar PV QAQC Engineer as part of the Project Owner’s EPCM team for our 
LSS5 project at Kampung Gajah, Perak, Malaysia.

Job Description 
 Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of mechanical & electrical construction activities 
conducted by the EPC Contractor; 
 To provide technical support and site information input to fellow member within Constant 
Energy; 
 Attending Site inspections related mechanical & electrical construction works; 
 Monitoring and reporting of project construction timeline; 
 Logistics, material acceptance and material handover to the contractors; 
 Monitor and ensure the quality of all materials to be used for all mechanical & electrical 
construction works comply with the contractual requirements, specifications and the 
construction drawings, and propose solutions to any mechanical & electrical 
construction issue on site; 
 Manage QA/QC documentation for PV farm related certificates, calibration, test results, 
inspection request, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, 
permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents; 
 Conduct Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plant, PQP, Audits 
of Project Documentations and Inspection of Project Quality Control; 
 Monitor and ensure contractual & regulatory compliance by the EPCC contractors for all 
the tests during plant commissioning procedures on critical contractual dates such as 
Mechanical Completion (MC); 
 Monitor the programme and timelines of all mechanical & electrical works, and propose 
measures to alleviate any delays or deviations from the approved programmes; 
 Prepare periodic progress reports on all mechanical & electrical installation activities, 
QAQC reports and advice the management on possible solutions to any construction 
issues on site; 
 Arrange meetings and discussions with the EPC Contractor and/or Owner Engineer, and 
other technical advisors, witness tests related to mechanical & electrical works, and 
represent the Project Owner on mechanical & electrical matters in meetings; 
 Ensure all information and documents related to mechanical & electrical works and test 
submitted by the EPC Contractor are reviewed and prepared accordingly to comply with 
the contractual requirements; 
 Co-ordinate with fellow members of constant energy personnel in monitoring the 
construction activities on site; 
 Co-ordinate with external parties i.e Owner’s Engineer, Lender Technical Advisor and 
Independent Engineer with respect of mechanical & electrical construction activities, 
design works, QAQC and etc; 
 Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met onsite; 
 Identification and management of risks and chances during construction; 
 Creation of punch lists; 
 All tasks related to solar plant construction works; 
Qualifications 
 At least 5 years of large-scale solar PV EPCC experience; 
 Knowledgeable in Solar PV Tracker Technology, Fixed Mounting Structure and Project 
QAQC; 
 Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering; 
 Able to interpret and understand construction drawings; 
 Wiling to work in Kampung Gajah, Perak; 
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 
 Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal); 
 Well verse in Computer Skills i.e Microsoft OƯice, Cloud Sharepoint and etc related to the 
job description; 
 Posses CIDB Construction Personnel Card (CIDB Green Card) and NTSP and/or NTSPL 
 Ability to problem solve and manage conflicts; 
 Ability to work independently and as a team member; 
 Excellent networking, leadership, negotiation and time management skills; 
 Work rights in Malaysia is mandatory;
