Salt Stack Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SaltStack automation (States, Pillars, Orchestration)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
  <\/p><\/li>

• Build reusable Salt formulas and custom modules
  <\/p><\/li>

• Integrate automation with CI\/CD pipelines
  <\/p><\/li>

• Manage Linux systems (RHEL\/CentOS\/Ubuntu)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support cloud platforms (AWS\/Azure\/GCP)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Implement security hardening and compliance automation
  <\/p><\/li>

• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance
  <\/p><\/li>

• Document automation frameworks and operational runbooks
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Required Skills & Experience<\/span>
  <\/span><\/h2>

  • 5+ years in Infrastructure Automation \/ DevOps
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 5+ years hands\-on SaltStack experience
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong Linux administration
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Python, Bash, YAML scripting
    <\/p><\/li>

  • CI\/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Git\-based source control
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Cloud experience (AWS\/Azure\/GCP)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
