Job Title: Senior AI Full Stack Engineer (GenAI / Agentic AI)

Locations: Charlotte, NC  | Chandler, AZ | Minneapolis, MN | Iselin, NJ
Duration: 12-month contract (conversion possible)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 in 2 remote)

Overview

Seeking a hands-on Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to build and scale enterprise AI solutions, including Generative AI and agentic systems. This role combines full stack development with advanced AI/ML capabilities to deliver automation and intelligent applications in a cybersecurity data science environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered applications (UI + backend)
• Build and implement agentic AI frameworks for multi-step reasoning and automation
• Develop LLM-based solutions (RAG, embeddings, indexing, re-ranking)
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Lead development efforts and collaborate across Agile teams
• Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance in enterprise environments
• Drive AI/ML solution delivery from concept through production

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years of full stack development (Java, .NET, or Python)
• 4+ years with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, or Node)
• 2+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI experience
• Experience building LLM-based applications (RAG, embeddings, vector search)
• Knowledge of agentic AI / autonomous systems (or similar frameworks)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and enterprise application design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI model lifecycle, governance, and risk/compliance
• Exposure to enterprise AI adoption strategies / GenAI Ops
• Background in financial services or regulated environments
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
• Understanding of human-centered AI design
