To accelerate our lifecycle growth, weโre looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist โ someone who is hands-on, execution-driven and deeply experienced in email/SMS automation, CRM segmentation and user journey optimisation.

๐ฑ About the role
This is a strongly execution-focused position. Your main responsibility is to build, run and optimise automated communication that activates, engages and converts our users.
Youโll manage two main areas:
1๏ธโฃ B2C automation & email marketing
- Building and growing our email marketing engine
- Running the company newsletter end-to-end (with the help of the creative team)
- Creating and improving automated flows for activation, retention, upsell, win-back
- Managing segmentation, scoring and CRM database structure
2๏ธโฃ B2B2C user journeys
You will own the lifecycle communication for employees of companies that use our onsite blood-testing service.
Your goal:
Turn these users into active B2C subscribers โ and onboard them into our consumer offer through clear, personalised automation.
This requires deep understanding of user behaviour, segmentation logic and the ability to design communication paths across multiple touchpoints.
๐ฏ Your key responsibilities:ย
- Build and manage automated marketing flows in Synerise (welcome, activation, onboarding, retention, upsell, reactivation).
- Plan and execute newsletters: segmentation, creation, sending, reporting.
- Develop and maintain CRM database structure, segments, tags and scoring models.
- Build B2B2C user journeys that educate, activate and convert company employees into B2C customers.
- Run A/B tests across messages, timing and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor and improve deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion and revenue from automation.
- Ensure database hygiene, compliance and scalable growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Data and Performance teams to align communication with user behaviours and funnel insights.
- Prepare reports on flow performance, user cohorts and behavioural segments.
- Deliver continuous improvements to automation flows โ fast iteration cycles are key.
๐ก What will help you succeed:
- Hands-on experience (3+ years) in marketing automation, CRM management or lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent domain knowledge: segmentation, consent, events, triggers, data models, deliverability.
- Proven ability to build and optimise lifecycle flows from scratch.
- Experience managing CRM databases and designing complex segmentation logic.
- Comfortable working with behavioural and transactional data.
- Strong analytical mindset โ working with dashboards, cohorts, experimentation.
- Ability to turn insights into quick, effective action.
- Fluent in Polish and comfortable in English.
- Based in Warsaw (3 days/week in the office).
- Good knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them effectively at work
Nice to have:ย experience with Synerise, strategic lifecycle thinking, experience with B2B2C environments, health/diagnostics or e-commerce.
