TYPE OF COOPERATION:

Freelance contract, part-time, short-term.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer to join our team and help bring a mobile football training app to life through dynamic and realistic animations. The ideal candidate has experience with both 2D and 3D animation, a strong understanding of mobile performance constraints, and a passion for sports — especially football.

 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

- Create high-quality animations of football drills and player movements;

- Work closely with the development team to optimize animations for mobile performance;

- Export and integrate animations into mobile platforms (e.g., React Native, Flutter);

- Ensure smooth playback and responsiveness across devices and screen ratios (primarily 9:16);

- Maintain a deep focus on user experience and animation fluidity.
 

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS:

 

2D Animation:

- Adobe After Effects – Character motion and general animation;

- Adobe Animate or Spine – Frame-by-frame or skeletal animation;

Lottie (Bodymovin) – Export animations for mobile integration.

3D Animation (Optional but Preferred):

Blender or Cinema 4D – Modeling, rigging, animating football players;

Mixamo – Quick rigging and adaptable motion capture animations;

Unity or Unreal Engine (basic level) – For integrating 3D scenes into mobile environments.

Other Important Skills:

- Animation optimization for mobile formats: WebM, GIF, Lottie, sprite sheets;

- Solid understanding of football motion mechanics: sprints, dribbling, feints;

- Ability to work within mobile UX constraints: screen size, animation weight, and performance.
